If the offending party requests a hearing, the hearing body may, as a result of that hearing, reduce the suspension, maintain the suspension or increase the suspension imposed. 

If the action and/or history of the offending party warrants further discipline review, the hearing committee can hold a hearing and forgo the option of X amount of games. 

Penalty Length Based on game time 

For games 14U and older (boys and girls), all penalties shall be 2 minutes for minor penalties, 5 minutes for all major and match penalties and 10 minutes for all misconducts. 

For all games 12U and younger (boys and girls), all penalties shall be as follows: If the total length of all three periods is 36 minutes or less: 1 minute minor penalty, 3 minute major penalty & 6 minute misconduct penalty 

If the total length of all three periods is greater than 36 minutes but less than 51 minutes: 

1:30 minute minor penalty, 4 minute major penalty & 8 minute misconduct penalty  

If the total length of all three periods is 51 minutes or greater: 2 minute minor penalty, 5 minute major penalty & 10 minute misconduct penalty
